Why isn't my Payfriendz working?


There may be a few reasons for this:

- Please make sure you're running the latest version of the app as well as the latest software on your phone.

- You will need a stable internet connection to use the app.

- One off maintenance and technical issues can also cause app down time. We often update the app on the fly so if you see a blank screen this may be a related issue (don't fret, the blank screen shouldn't last long!).
