I didn’t receive a payment from a friend. What should I do now?

Don't stress. We use encryption to secure every payment, making sure no funds can go missing. If you're concerned get in touch with us and we can follow up.

Please check that your friend has sent the payment to the correct contact and that both parties (sender and receiver) have a stable internet connection.

Technical maintenance or server work can sometimes lead to delays with payments, top-ups and withdrawals so we'll always do our best to keep you informed about anything of this sort that might affect you.
